When placing an order it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the details you enter are correct. By placing an order for a product/s it does not guarantee that the product can be supplied. This website does not automatically process orders; they are processed by our accounts department. We will then notify you if any items are out of stock or unavailable, either by email and or telephone. At this point for all items unavailable alternatives will be offered or a refund on your order. Once the order is finalised payment must be made before goods are dispatched. Please be aware that the company does not operate at certain times of the year (these dates will be highlighted at checkout), as a result of this no orders will be processed during these periods. All orders will be dispatched by DHL next working day courier and will be subject to a fixed carriage charge of £8.50 (UK Mainland only).
All shown prices were correct at the time of going online. However the seller reserves the right to alter prices and discontinue products without notice. All prices shown are subject to VAT at the current rate (UK only).
Where a period is named for the delivery and such period is not extended by mutual consent in writing the buyer shall take delivery within that period. Any date for delivery named by the seller is subject to alteration at the seller’s discretion and the seller shall not be liable for any such delay.

No condition is made or any warranty given as to the life and wear of goods supplied. Goods represented by the buyer to be defective shall not form the subject of any claim for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the buyer, but such goods - if returned to the seller and accepted by the seller as defective – will (at the buyer’s request) be replaced as originally ordered (if practical) or credit will be given to the value of the defected goods by the seller to the buyer. Defects in quality or quantity in any delivery are not grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the order or for the payments of goods supplied. Goods returned for credit where damages are not involved will incur a 20% restocking charge. No claim for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of goods will be considered unless, in the case of damage in transit or shortage of delivery, the buyer gives notice to the seller within seven days of the date of the invoice for goods.
